10+2 Contractual forum demands of regularization

Contractual Lecturers working in different 10+2 institutions across the state has strongly criticized the state government for its apathetic attitude towards demands of contractual lecturers of regularization.

Addressing a press conference, Arun Bakshi, president All J&K 10+2 Lectures Forum demanded regularization under special provision act 2010 in which the employees appointed on Adhoc/ Contractual/consolidated basis in various departments are being regularization after completion of seven years of services.  He further said, “we are working as Lecturers in 10+2 institutions across Jammu and Kashmir state since 1998 and during the period of our services some of us have crossed the upper age limit required for the government services and some of us are on the verge of it.

Others who were present during the occasion including Asif Bhat, Anil Kumar, Surinder Kumar, Pawan Kumar, Jabbar Bhat, Ravinder Kumar, Pankaj Sharma, Rajesh Sharma, Kanchan Bala and others.
