The vehicle, bearing registration number JK 14 B 1871, was on way to Srinagar from Jammu when the vehicle rolled down into a 30 ft deep gorge near Nashri Morh in the wee hours today, said an official.
He said all the injured – all non-local labourers – were shifted to SK Memorial hospital Batote for treatment where their condition is stated to be stable.
The driver of the vehicle escaped after the mishap, said a police officer.
