At least eight persons have sustained injuries in a road mishap after two vehicles collided head-on along Kupwara-Srinagar national highway here at Tutigund area of Handwara on Tuesday afternoon.
Reports said that two vehicles – ‘Eco’ with Registration number JK-03D 1656 and an ‘Alto 800’ with Registration number JK-09B 9881 – had a collision at Tutigund area resulting in injuries to at least eight persons.
All the injured persons were evacuated to District Hospital Handwara for treatment, reports said.
