ABVP takes out candle march to pay homage to the martyrs of Sukma attack

Showing anguish, pain over dastardly terror attack of Maoists on CRPF in which 25 soldiers were martyred, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) activists from various colleges and universities of the city took out a candle march to pay homage to the martyrs and saluted their martyrdom. The candle march started from Parade Chowk in the leadership of ABVP Jammu City secretary Deepak Gupta and culminated at Kacchi Chawni after passing through Moti Bazar.
Activists participating in the march shouted slogans “Naxalvaad Murdabad”, “Bharat Mata Ki Jai”, “Vande Mataram” etc.
At Kachhi Chawni, activists lighted candles laid wreaths and observed silence for two minutes to remember the supreme sacrifice of 25 soldiers martyred at Sukma District of Chhatisgarh when a large number of maoists attacked on them.
