A Capacity Building Tour (CBT) for youth of Puga, Sumdo, Karzok, Nyoma, Hanle and Samad Rokchen hailing from remote areas of South Eastern Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir is being organised under Operation Sadbhavana .
The tour will be traveling to Chandigarh and Dehradun through scenic route of Sarchu- Manali.

The Tour consists of one teacher, 26 Youths of Puga, Sumdo, Karzok, Nyoma, Hanle and Samad Rokchen alongwith one Officer, one Junior Commissioned Officer and one Non Commissioned Officer from the local unit in Karzok.
The aim of this tour is to give these youths an exposure to the developments of mainland India and the rich culture of the country by organising visits to historical places and modern cities.
