Army signal center damaged in fire in North Kashmir

Srinagar, April 20
An army signal center suffered major damage in a fire incident in North Kashmir district of Baramulla early this morning, official sources said. They said fire broke out in signal center of 19 Infantry Dew at Baramulla early this morning. Three Army fire tenders were immediately pressed into service to control the leaping flames. They were also joined by four civilian fire tenders. Sources said the signal center suffered extensive damage in the fire, cause of which was being ascertained. No one was injured in the incident they said.
