Bar Association suspend work in all courts, Protest against cowardly terrorist attack on Amarnath pilgrims

Kathua, July 11
District Bar Association Kathua today suspended the work in all the Courts of the District in order to protest against cowardly terrorist attack on unarmed and innocent Amarnath pilgrims in District Anantnag on National Highway. Members of Bar Association led by Advocate Ajat Shatru Sharma, Vice President District Bar Association Kathua also holds a protest demonstration. The members raised sloganeering against Pakistan, Kashmiri Separatists and State PDP-BJP Coalition Govt. While addressing Ajat Shatru Sharma said that yesterday’s attack on innocent Amarnath Pilgrims is attack on the secular fabric of India. This well planned attack on Bus of Amarnath Pilgrims with registration number of Gujrat shows that they have indirectly given an open challenge to Prime Minister Narender Modi who is a so called hardliner for terrorists. State Govt. led by PDP-BJP coalition also cannot escape from its responsibility to ensure the safety & security of Amarnath Pilgrims. He further asserted that legal fraternity is not going to tolerate such kind of security lapses and casual approach of State Govt. on the issue of terrorism. Advocate Rakesh Thakur while addressing said that Dy CM Nirmal Singh proved to be weak Dy CM who always boasting of his strong stand on the issue of terrorism. He leveled a question mark on the State PDP-BJP coalition Govt. that how a bus without registration coming back after performing the Amarnath darshan of holy snow shivlingam ? This theory non registration could not sustain as there is a clear cut and serious security lapse, under the nose of the State Govt.
