Bhim Singh urges President of India for his intervention in J&K

Professor Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party has urged on Pranab Mukherjee, the President of India for his urgent intervention under Article 370 to direct the Governor of J&K dismiss the PDP-BJP government in J&K which has totally collapsed which is evident from the latest situation in the State of J&K as the government of J&K has issued an emergency order banning all social media, media communication including ban on facebook, twitter, whatsapp even ban on the telegram and rediff.
Singh who is also chairman of Legal Aid Committee has decided to take up the matter before the Supreme Court of India challenging such a draconian order which amounts to establishing an authoritarian rule which has never been witnessed or experienced in any state in the Union of India.
Singh said that National Emergency which was imposed in 1975 did not have such a dark era in the country.
Singh urged the President of India to advice within the meaning and scope of Article 370 read with Section 92 of J&K Constitution advising the Governor of J&K to impose Governor Rule by dismissing the present authoritarian government in J&K which has threatened life and liberty of a common citizen residing in J&K. Singh said that this kind of draconian order shall be detrimental to the interest of peace and tranquility in the state.
