Srinagar on Tuesday witnessed the coldest night of the season so far as the minimum temperature dropped to minus 1.7 degrees Celsius. “The coldest town in Jammu and Kashmir was, however, Leh where the minimum was minus 10.2,” an official of the Met Department said here.
