Chander Prakash leaves for Ukraine for monumental Sculpture

Renowned sculptor from the State, Chander Prakash is leaving for Ukraine to participate in the third International Transcarpathian stone sculpture Symposium being held at Rakoczi Palace from May 1 to 20, 2017. He would work on a monumental sculpture entitled ‘Bridge’ in Mukachevo city of Ukraine. The project is commissioned by the Government of Ukraine in collaboration with the Hungarian Embassy at Kiev. Well known for his monumental sculpture in stone and wood, Chander Prakash, a freelance artist is internationally recognized contemporary sculptor who has won many honours and awards in the country and abroad. Besides showing his works in national and international exhibitions, he has already participated in number of international symposia in countries like China, Israel, Costa Rica, Germany, France, Egypt, Turkey, Canada and Switzerland.
