Doda, July 5

The students and faculty members of GDC Doda are facing hardships as the link road leading to Government Degree College Doda has turned into parking zone.
Private vehicles are being parked along both sides of the road and the commuters find it difficult to reach their destination. The college students and staff are affected by the chaos due to the wrong parking of vehicles. Various social and student organizations have urged the traffic authorities to take immediate necessary action to regulate the movement of vehicles and pedestrians on college road.
Speaking to the media president Doda Development Front Ishtiaq Ahmed Dev expressed grave concern over the lack of proper parking space in Doda. He appealed the concerned authorities at the helm of affairs to expedite the measures to curb the menace of wrong parking along college road at the earliest possible.
It is pertinent to mention here that Doda town lacks proper arrangements for parking of vehicles. The number of vehicles is increasing day by day and the space is limited hence the need of the hour is to have a comprehensive plan to regulate the traffic within the limits of town.
