Common yoga protocol 24 days training concluded

Common Yoga Protocol as designed by Ministry of AYUSH presented by Kaivalyadhama Lonavla Pune, and implemented by Vichar Kranti Manch International in the State concluded after a regular Sadhna of 24 days. It comprises of 36 hours Yoga Programme, i.e. 10 hours for theoretical and 26 hours for practical Training by the students for 5 Schools. Government Higher Secondary School Channi Himmat, Naveen Siksha Kendra, Jeevan Jyoti Public School, Himmat Learning Field Higher Secondary School and Kendriya Vidyalya Sunjwan.
On the occasion, Dr D L Chowdhary Director the Yoga Centre, Central University was the Chief Guest while K K Wadhera, Social Activist and State Coordinator Anubandh Foundation was Guest of Honour.Other special invited guests included K S Samyal Coordinator Senior Citizen Rejunvation Centre, Prof Sarla Kohli, Former Principal GGM Science College, G L Bhardwaj Former Superintending Engineer, and Coordinator Value Education PG Course- Annamalaie University gave the details of Common Yoga Protocol with its significance and utility in day to day life, sought assurance from the participants students of various Schools and Teachers to act as Yoga Teachers in their respective Schools, under the periodical guidance of VKMI. Dr Chowdhary in his speech congratulated VKMI for doing a wonderful work by completing this Common Yoga Protocol, he said that Yoga is competent to creat equanimity between body and mind, that are stepping stones, not hurdles, to an exuberant and fulfilling life. Indu Sharma, Principal Himmat Learning Field Higher Sec School, presented the vote of thanks to our beloved Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Ministry of AYUSH, Kaivalyadhama, Vichar Kranti Manch and all other dignitaries organisers.
