Congress hail decision of registration of FIR against hospital management

Congress leaders from Sewa Dal Congress, Youth Congress, ex Sarpanches, ex Panches have hailed the decision of registration of an FIR against hospital management, who forced the poor patients to purchase the medicine from local markets.
“It is surprising that the paramedical staff and doctors of district hospital Kishtwar hold protest at Kishtwar and were demanding to registration a fake FIR against one Mohammad Iqbal who is a very gentle fellow— whose crime is only that he dared to ask the hospital authority that why poor patients are being forced to purchase medicines from market” said Ex-Sarpanch Mohammad Iqbal Keen added that this act of hospital management was just to divert the attention of common masses in order to hide there misdeeds and highhandness going on unchecked in hospital. “Some time back during duty hours, one doctor found involved in private practising in his clinic and matter was immediatly brought into the notice of Medical Superintendent but no action was taking against the said doctor by concern authorities” said Ravi Kumar added that several doctor were hand in gloves with some Medical representative trading sub standard medicines with high margin money; out of which some amount of margin money goes to the doctors. He said that counter FIR register by the hospital management has no realty and demanded speeding up of investigation on fast track bases so that people will know the truth hidden inside the four walls of the Hospital premises.All the party leaders urged upon the Health Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Bali Bhagat to take stern action against erring doctors and also against those who prescribed sub standard medicines, beside also forced the patients to purchase medicines,and do clinical tests and X-Ray from particular shop where they are practicing.
