Congress leader demands compensation to victim of cloudburst

Congress leader Ramban Shahrukh Bhatti raised issue regarding losses after the cloud burst at Batote, damaging crops, houses, bridges and roads.
In a press conference held today, Bhatti said government should provide compensation to families whose houses fully damaged and lost of crops of farmers.
He said bridge at Boon Bari, Chakwaa were fully damaged after incident.
The other major issue which was raised by Bhatti regarding the drainage system of overall Batote and Batote Bazar after recent rain and cloudburst the follow of water was fully flowing in Main Market Batote,Bye Pass Road Batote as well as whole NH1A.The water was flowing about 1ft water was Moving towards homes pesulted in land slide, cracking, damaging because of water and sand.
The other major issue which was raised by Bhatti regarding Mini Stadium issue in Batote.The yougsters of Batote are not involving them in starts activity, they used to moving towards drugs. Bhatti said government should build a good stadium and make students and youngster involve in sports activity.Bhatti criticised PDP-BJPcoalition government as people of J&K are not fully satisfied with the Govt and recent activities.He threatened to come on road if their problems are not addressed. Among others present included Aman Sharma, Gurmeet Singh and Sanjeev Kaunar.
