DB seeks list of Schools having Dogri language as Official language

In a Public Interest Litigation filed by Vikram Malhotra social activist and a politician seeking direction to State for implementing the Government order no 222 EDU of 2006 in letter and spirit to Ensure the protection of linguistic interests of minorities throughout J&K at an earliest and also seeking direction to State to implement the Govt. order no 222 EDU of 2006 with regard to Dogri Subject in all private as well as Govt Schools from the Current Academic session which is about to begin from April 2015 and the curriculum for the same is already in place by the Chairman BOSE. A Division Bench of State High Court Comprising Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Tashi Rabstan given one week’s time to BOSE to furnish list of the Government Schools as well as Private Schools having the Dogri Language as an official language.
