the district.
The committee headed by ADDC Doda will organise skill developmental programmes in collaboration with concerned departments and representatives of JKEDI and other technical experts as per the local needs and avenues available.
The committee was constituted by District Development Commissioner Doda, Bhupinder Kumar at a meeting of district and sectoral officers convened to discuss implementation of decisions taken in meeting chaired by Chief Minister in the month of June this year.
ADC Abdul Hanief Malik, ADDC Narinder Bali, CPO Yoginder Katoch, ACD, DSWO, Xens PHE, PDD besides other officers of line departments attended the meeting.
During the meeting, the DDC thoroughly discussed the minutes of the meeting chaired by the CM to review developmental projects. Issuing directions to the concerned departments, the DDC laid emphasis on time bound completion of projects, regular monitoring at various levels, time bound formulation and adherence to DPRs, avoiding cost overrun and last minute rush for developmental works.
He further impressed upon the officers to follow timelines of developmental projects, conduct extensive touring, and prioritize convergence of schemes. He also stressed on sharing planning and experience for replication of best practices.
Highlighting the major issues, the DDC called for efficient public grievance redressal system and focused approach towards implementation of PSGA for time bound service delivery and single window system for issuance of necessary documents under PSGA.
Reiterating the previous directions, he asked the officers to be stationed in their offices beyond time twice a week for addressing public grievances and thereby immediate redressal.
