Demonetization is of the poor, for the poor, by the poor: Pathania

MLA Ramnagar Assembly Constituency, Ranbir Singh Pathania today said that demonetization drive launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is aimed at nailing in the dishonest and black money hoarders and those who are honest and have earned money by legitimate means need not fear the ‘Demonetisation drive’ .

Pathania was addressing a large public gathering during the today’s Janta Darbar organised at Dak Bungalow Ramnagar. Pertinent to mention here that periodic Janta Darbars  organised by MLA Ramnagar at various far flung locations in the constituency have been a street hit with people getting an opportunity and pedestal to air their grievances and get their on spot redressal by various departments.

Further speaking on the occasion he said that as promised, the present govt.led  by Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi is fully committed to make the life of “Aam aadmi” simple, easy and they will be witnessing “Acche Din” as promised.

He said that Prime Minister’s announcement on the demonetization of 1000 and 500 rupee notes on November 08, 2016 came as a sigh of relief to the people of India. It also speaks volumes about the political commitment of Narendra Modi to  curb black money because irrespective of many contradicting views every Indian admit that black money has become a long festering menace and a serious problem of this country.

Further he said that money collected by govt. by way of this exercise will adds to national financial resources which can be used for development activities like bullet train, renewable energy, road infrastructure, agriculture etc.

Addressing officers and officials of various departments, he exhorted upon them  to work with zeal and dedication so that problems faced by general public are mitigated.

The meeting among others was attended by District and Tehsil level heads of PWD, Rural Development Department, Power Development, Social Welfare, Education , Agriculture and allied sectors.

Sham Lal Mandal Pardhan, Raghvir Sharma, Mansukh Sarpanch, Master Rajgopal, Jagmohan Singh Charan Dass Sarpanch, Vikram Sarpanch, Jagmohan, Ragubir Sharma, Raj Gopal, Ramashwer Gupta, Anant Ram and others were also present in the meeting.
