Deputation of Agricultural Employees Association call on Dir Agriculture

A deputation of All Jammu and Kashmir Agriculture Employees Association today called on Director Agriculture Jammu, A K Malhotra and handed over a memorandum of their demands.
The demands which they were submitting were the DPC of non gazette cadre has not been conducted till date which should be conducted twice in a year as per General Administration Department (GAD) order due to which the great resentment in the non gazetted employees cadre, to issue the orders of all the pending cases cleared by screening committee at an earliest, deliberately delaying the orders is a harassment for the employees those who are already sufferer, regularization of 65 numbers of daily rated workers (DRW’s) who were engaged in the department before April 31, 1994, and 18 numbers of drop out list of DRW’s whose files were lying in GAD for regularization but no action has taken so for and others.
The Director Agriculture Jammu gave the patience hearing to the deputation and assured the association leaders that their genuine demands will be redressed earlier.
The deputation was led by its president, Uttam Chand Sharma and Amrik Singh chief spokesman along with Naresh Kumar Sharma , Narender singh , Pawan Singh , Tarlok singh and others.
