Devotional Song Competition entered third days, Sonu Mangotra bags first position

All India Devotional Song Competition entered in third day late evening as a part of Navratra Festival 2015. On third day All India Devotional Song Competition started with letting a traditional lamp by Chief Guest Chander Prakash Ganga, Minister for Industries along with MLA Reasi Ajay Nanda, Addl. District Development Commissioner, Rakhwal & others.
O third day, Sonu Mangotra from Punjab clutched Ist Position while Shivam Sharma from Reasi, Bunty Kumar from Jammu and Reema Devi from Kanyala Jammu shared 2nd position and Vishwa Gandharv from Jammu bagged third position during the competition.
The Devotional Song Competition was adjudged by the panels of experts in music including Brij Mohan leading Music Composer, Dr. Usha Bhagati, Ex.HOD Music many degree colleges including P.G.M.A.M College Jammu and Pt. Subash Ghosh from West Bengal Sr. Disciple of Ustad Amjad Ali Khan Sahab great Saroad Maestro, performing Artist of Govt of India Radio and T.V (Doordarshan) ,Composer and Music Director ,Creator of two new instruments with field of Music.
Speaking on the occasion, Chander Prakash Ganga extended greetings on the eve of Navratra Festival & told that All India Devotional Song Competition is the platform for the new singers as the programme is known all over the India and abroad, and he is felling delighted to lit its traditional lamp and starting it because he used to see that programme on Television at home.
