Div. Com. inaugurates two Day All India Hindi writers’ conference

A 2 Day All India Hindi Winters’ Conference today inaugurated by Dr. Pawan Kotwal, IAS, Divisional Commissioner, Jammu by lighting Ceremonial Lamp in the Abhinav Theatre, Jammu in association with Padamshree Dr. Ved Ghai, Narinder Mohan, Dr. Aziz Hajini, Secretary and Dr. Arvinder Singh Amn, Additional Secretary, Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, .In the inaugural session, Academy publication s including Neelmat Puran were also released . Padamshree Dr. Ved Ghai who presided over the inaugural session, congratulated the J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages for holding such an important literary conference which not only provides an opportunity to interact and discuss the challenges and remedies of the languages particularly Hindi Earlier, delivering his speech as chief guest on the occasion, Dr Pawan Kotwal IAS, Divisional Commissioner , Jammu underscored the need and importance of such literary functions . He said that the subject to be deliberated upon in this Conference is a burning issue of the present age. He expressed this hope that the learned minds and littérateurs in these two days shall delebrate upon the issue and work out the means and ways through which the languages can be promoted and presered.
Dr. Aziz Hajini . Secretary of the J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages welcomed the august gathering present in the Abhinav Theatre, Jammu .He highlighted the Academy future activities being undertaken by the Academy in the promotion of Art, Culture and Language.
