Kishtwar, December 5
Dulhasti Power Station, NHPC Limited, Kishtwar has organized a three days free ‘Eye & ENT Medical Camp’ for the poor and needy people of District Kishtwar from December 5 to 7, 2016 at project Hospital.
The medical camp was inaugurated by Sunil Sharma, Minister of State for Transport (Independent charge), Revenue, Public Works (Roads & Buildings), Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, Agriculture Production, YSS Govt. of J&K. The medical camp is being organized under NHPC CSR and Sustainability policy in association with KLSM Rotary EYE & ENT Hospital, Udhampur.
P K Langer, General Manager of Dulhasti Power station has briefed the minister about three days medical camp and various facilities to be provided by the power station to the patients like free Cataract surgery of Eye, free hearing aid, free medicine and free lodging and boarding etc.. The medical team visited nearby areas of the power station like Padar and Chhatru on 02/12/2016 & 03/12/2016 to identify patients for the camp.
On this occasion, Gulam Nabi Balwan, Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar, Harish Bulchandani, Chief Engineer (C), Suresh Kumar, Chief Engineer (E) and other seniorofficers along with employees of NHPC were present.
