Fresh version of Crime Branch Srinagar revealed that Bose officials had granted affiliation to the ETT institutes in gross violations of norms as they had neither applied for No objection certificates nor the NOCs were renewed whereas renewal process ETT NOCs was initiated illogically by the administrative department on the directions of then concerned minister Mohd Syed Peerzada as a money minting exercise, alleged by “Jammu Pvt. Schools & ETT Institutes Association (Progressive)”.
The association alleged, “said concerned minister & administrative department of school education after completion of extra fast issuance exercise of ETT NOCs had explored another option to meet their ends as an illogical renewal exercise as they had nothing to deal and fetch in civil secretariat offices. “We had represented repeatedly against the unjustified move but gained nothing because of vested interests. Number of ministry’s agents was active with administrative office for NOCs renewal, they added.
Number of genuine ETTs failed to get the said fabricated renewal despite applications addressed to the Commissioner/Secretary school education along with prescribed demand drafts of Rs. Ten thousand, Association alleged. All such foul plays would have been exposed before High Court’s PIL if intervention had been allowed, it added. So far as role of the JK-School Board was concerned, it had to perform under minister and administrative department’s undue pressure, they added. They appealed CM and State Education minister for a genuine conclusion of the ongoing controversies related to ETT institutes.
