Many people love the monsoon season but it comes with a lot of diseases cold fever sore throat is very common in this season. People like to eat pakoras in the rainy day but these are the things which make you sick.

In monsoon, you have to keep yourself fit and for that you have to avoid many food items. so here I’m telling you about those things which you should avoid in monsoon.

1. Food from Street Vendors
First of all, you should avoid street vendors’ food. Although we all love street food, in the monsoon, these foods are a bit unhealthy. Therefore, you should avoid street food in the monsoon altogether. Whether it is junk food or juice. There are often germs in the open which can make us sick during monsoon

2. Fried Food
Pakoras are something that everyone likes. In the rainy season, tea and pokra can go together. We can say that the rainy season cannot be complete without eating pakoras. But any fried food during the rainy season can be harmful to our health. Although we like pakoras and fried foods, we should avoid these foods completely during the monsoons.

3. Leafy Vegtables
We have always heard that you should eat leafy vegetables for good health. These leafy vegetables contain iron and minerals but in monsoon leafy vegetable can be unhealthy for you. The dampness present in leafy vegetables make them the home for germs. spinach, cauliflower, cabbage should be avoided in this season. however, you can eat ghiya, tori and tinde. But make sure all vegetables should be washed before use.

4. Seafood
Seafood is also unhealthy in the monsoon. Monsoon is the breeding season for fish. Therefore, they should be avoided in monsoon. Pleasant weather, wind gusts may force you to eat more fried food in the monsoon but you should avoid heavy meals. Instead, you should eat light food. hygiene is very vital in this season. In monsoon eat healthy food and drink water to keep yourself hydrated and fit.
