On the Celibration Of Mother’s day a Gojari play Maa Mina School Janoo Aya staged by Abhinaya Kala Manch Reasi at Gujjar, Bakarwal Hostal Talwara. The play was written and Directed by Shadab Khan. Ch. Rayaz-ul-Haq warden Gujjar Bakarwal Hostal was the Chief Guest and Sh.Onkar Singh Thakur Headmaster H.S.Talwara Presided over the function. The play was presents under the financial assistance by J&K Academy of art, Culture and languages. The play reflected strong massage and highlighted the education system of Gujjar culture and also reflects realities of Gujjars life, tradition and inheritance including the vibrant folk and tradition. The whole play revivals around a main character ‘Muqadam’- head of the Tribal Community who have a right to interfere in tribe as head of ‘Jirgas an old Tribal Justice system. Those who performed in the play include, Bashir Ahmad,Mohd Abdulla, Zaffar Iqbal, Altaf Hussian ,Jawad Ahmad, Karamat ali, Mohd Asmial, Khalida, Sapna, Mumtaz, Pooja Devi, Noshin and Parveen Akhtar
The Chief Guest while speaking on the occasion appreciated the play and efforts made by Abhinaya Kala Manch Reasi for promoting Gojari cultural activity in this remote area and express his gratitude to the J&K Academy of art, Culture and Languages for supporting such type of play. While presiding the programme, Rayaz-ul-Haq ssured his full co-operation to the organisors for organizing such Type of activities for the welfare of Gujjar society. On the occasion Director AKM informed that we are going to organize a Gojari Cultural Programme recently at gujjar Basti Talwara with the active participation of gojari artist.
