Former minister Thakur Randhir Singh NCP chief J&K state has strongly condemned Pakistan for unprovoked ceasefire violation and resorting to heavy shelling in Babia, Londi in District Kathua , Samba , Ramgarh and R S Pura sector. Singh said Pakistan forces continued their barbaric acts by targeting innocent civilians in all three borders Districts Jammu, Kathua and Samba killing 5 people and injuring more than 30 seven of them are BSF Jawans.

Singh said a big crisis like situation prevail on the entire international border and ceasefire line and the border people are living in a relief camps and are deprived of electricity and water and injured are not shifted to the hospital due to lack of ambulances in the area and the victims who confronted with the ministers who tried to visit them and also in the Govt. Medical College, Jammu. Veteran leader Thakur Randhir Singh said during all the wars with China and Pakistan in 1962, 1965, 1971 and 1999 even during small scrimshes all the local MLA’s and ministers have to be in their fields which was a strict directive by than Late Bakshi Gulam Mohd the prime minister and Late G M Sadiq than chief minister.  It is very unfortunate that present rulers and most of the ministers and MLA’ are enjoying the cool weather in Srinagar and Dy Chief Minister is meeting the foreign delegates. It is like when “Rome was buring Neeru was playing with his flute” said Thakur.

These scouts will be more useful to Central Security Forces, BSF & CRPF and particularly to the army because people of both sides of the borders know the same language and they also know the local topography, language and infiltration routes followed by Pakistani infiltrators. In the border areas the banks should be asked to provide concessional finances to the farmers which constitute 90% of the total population.
