Govt grants relaxation on incurring expenditure of various schemes

The government granted relaxation in incurring of expenditure in the last quarter of current fiscal in respect to various schemes.
“In continuation to Government Order No. 186-F of 2019 dated March 7, 2019 and Circular instructions issued vide No. 109- FD of 2019 dated January 31, 2019, the issue regarding relaxation in incurring expenditure during the last quarter of the current financial year has been examined in the Finance Department and after due consideration relaxation in incurring of expenditure during the last month of the current financial year 2018-19 in respect of eight schemes of concerned Departments,” reads the order issued by Dr. Arun Kumar Mehta, Principal Secretary, Finance Department.
“Relaxation in incurring of expenditure will be granted to Health and Medical Education Department, SKIMS for procurement of Machinery and Equipment, All Departments for Wages, Honorarium, Stipend, Scholarship, Diet, Compensation, Medical Reimbursement and Shri AmarNath Ji Yatra Payments, Animal/Sheep Husbandry and Fisheries Departments for Feed, Fodder and Drugs, All Departments for NABARD, REC, Power Development Department for Power Purchase Payments/ Other Agencies, Irrigation and Flood Control Department for purchase of Dredger, Information Department for Advertisement and Publicity and All Departments for Contra-Credit (Book adjustment) in respect of electricity charges, RRT, water tax etc schemes,” the order stated.
