In keeping with the best practices of school Rich Harvest School (RHS), Bari Brahmana marked a week long programme to celebrate the heritage week. Series of activities were taken by the school to make children aware of the importance of preservation of our culture and cultural heritage.
The message given to the general masses was to be close to our own cultural folk and not to run towards the western dances .Students efforts were highly appreciated by the masses in wave mall. In yet another effort to reach out to the masses and to ingrain the value of preservation of heritage a walkathon was organized in RHS school ground and went up to Palli Morh.
The walk was flagged off by the chairman Thakur Gulchain Singh Charak and Major Anoop Rao from the T.A battalion who was with the students with all his soldiers and took activities part in the walk. Samar Dev Singh Charak, Secretary Dogra Educational Trust, Gambhir Dev Singh Charak Managing Director SG Dogra Foundation and Ruchi Charak Trustee Rich Harvest School were all present on the occasion.
In his address – Thakur Gulchain Singh Charak said that adventures in preservation connects people and preservation through enriching experienced programs safeguard heritage and foster community sability.
He stressed on the need of taking the heritage wonders to the children, using multimedia presentation& talking about the glorious architectural & cultural wealth many youth today are unable top assimilate into their lives.
