HM Amit Shah Reached Inspector Parvez’s house, said – the whole country is proud of Parvez’s Martyrdom

Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who arrived in Srinagar today on a three-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir, first reached the house of martyr CID Inspector Parvez Ahmed to offer condolences. On reaching the martyr’s residence in Nowgam, Srinagar, the Home Minister consoled the family and said that not only me but the whole country has a class on the martyrdom of Parvez. During this, he also announced to give government jobs to the martyr’s wife. He said that it is the responsibility of the administration to look after the family of Inspector Parvez Ahmed, who gave terror to the country. Therefore, the family of the martyr should not face any trouble.

 

Irrespective of the weather, Amit Shah reached the martyr’s house located in the Nowgam area of ​​Srinagar and Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, Union Minister of State Jitendra Singh, DGP Dilbag Singh. Shah said that Inspector Parvez had given his life for the country. His family’s concern is now our responsibility. Let us tell you that Inspector Parvez was killed by terrorists in June 2021 when he offered Namaz. During the condolence, the Union Home Minister met the martyr’s wife Fatima Akhtar and gave her official documents for a government job.

 

While praising the Jammu and Kashmir Police, he said that the police is working diligently to realize the new Jammu and Kashmir that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has envisioned.

Earlier, Union Home Minister Amit Shah reached Srinagar this morning amid light rain. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha welcomed him. The Home Minister, who is on a three-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir from today, will review the security scenario of Jammu and Kashmir in the meeting of the Integrated Headquarters, besides meeting representatives of Panchayat institutions. Apart from laying the foundation stone of two medical colleges, he will also review the ongoing schemes under the Prime Minister’s Development Program. Apart from this, he will also flag off the first direct flight from Srinagar to Sharjah.

This is Home Minister Amit Shah’s first visit to Jammu and Kashmir after implementing the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Act on August 5, 2019. Before their visit, 11 civilians were killed in Kashmir in 20 days. Seventeen terrorists have been killed in various encounters. After the killings of non-Kashmiri and non-Muslims, the migration of workers from different states in Kashmir continues for several days. Today, Home Minister Amit Shah will chair the security review meeting at Raj Bhavan, Srinagar, at 12.30 pm. He will interact with the members of youth clubs of J&K through video conference at 4.30 pm and will inaugurate Srinagar-Sharjah international flight through VC at 6 pm.

Before the arrival of the Home Minister, to further strengthen the security apparatus in Kashmir, the Ministry of Home Affairs had decided to send an additional 50 companies of central paramilitary force to the Valley, out of which 15 companies have also been deployed. The remaining 35 companies will come in the next few days. On average, there are 100 personnel in a company. Apart from this, with the help of drones in Srinagar, sensitive areas and main markets are also being monitored. About 20 drones are being flown in the surrounding areas, including Srinagar.

 

Tomorrow, on Sunday, October 24, Home Minister Amit Shah will remain in Jammu from morning till evening. He will address a public meeting at Bhagwati Nagar in Jammu. Shah will return to Delhi from Srinagar after the afternoon of October 25.
