There have been numerous reports surrounding Hrithik Roshan’s sudden exit from the upcoming YRF film ‘Thug’. Now, reports claim that the actor’s hefty fee of Rs 60 crore, is the sole reason why he was replaced by Aamir Khan. According to reports on a daily, the ‘Mohenjo Daro’ wanted a flat-fee over a profit-sharing policy that superstars like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan opt for these days.
This means of doing business ensures that the actor won’t walk away with large sums of cash if his film does not do well at the box office. As ‘Thug’ is an adventure saga, the budget of the film is already high. If Hrithik had his way, the film would have to make over Rs 250 crore for a break even in the profits. As Aamir Khan has allegedly accepted the profit sharing policy, the film has not be loaded with extra costs.
