J&K contingent bring laurels for state by winning 2 gold, one silver and one bronze

The contingent of J&K brought laurel for the state by winning 2 Gold, 1 Silver & 1 Bronze in 6th Thang-Ta Federation Cup National Championship which was held in Agra. Gaurav Sharma and Neera Sharma won Gold Medal for the state, while Nihal won Silver and Manju Devi clinched Bronze medal in this national championship. All the medal winners were given a warm reception on reaching Jammu. The players are being trained under the able guidance of NIS coach Jatinder Kumar.
Shamsher Singh Manhas, Member Parliament appreciated the efforts of the players and encouraged them to do even better in International championships and bring laurel to the state.
