Guidelines/instructions on lockdown measures in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
- Whereas, the Union Home Secretary in his capacity as Chairperson, National Executive Committe (NEC), vide Order No .40-3/2020-DM-I(A) dated 28.12.2020, has issued guidelines for implementation of the extended lockdown in Containment Zone (Red Zones) and continuation of unlock guidelines outside Containment Zone (Red Zones) till 31.01.2021.
- Such, in exercise of power conferred under Section 24 of the Disaster Management Act,2005, the State Executive Committee hereby orders that the guidelines/instruction issued vide J&K government’s Order No91 and 92-JK-(DMRRR) of 2020 dated 29.11-2020 shallcontinue to remain valid 31.01.2021.
- All existing protocol/instruction shall also Continue to remain valid till 31.01.2020.
