During the inspection, the teacher concerned was asked to clarify under what orders he has engaged himself as a teaching faculty member in the private coaching centre even though there is a clear cut ban for Govt teachers.

The order adds that the teacher behaved “extraordinarily and threatened the visiting team that dire consequences will arise if any, disciplinary action is got initiated against him by the department.”

In the light of standing Government orders, the order issued by the CEO said, the teacher concerned has not only acted in gross violation of the instructions but “has also exhibited…absolute arrogance to disregard and disrespect the visiting team during their inspection to the said institution.”
