JKFFA pays tributes to 26/11 martyrs

Jammu and Kashmir Freedom Fighters Association (JKFFA) today paid floral tributes to the martyrs who laid down their lives while fighting terrorists who had attacked the Mumbai’s safety on November 26, 2011.
The tributes were paid by association at Dogra Shaurya Stamb, Amphalla, here in the programme which was organized by the President of the Association Ved Gandotra. Raj Rattan Raina, State President All India Human Rights Association was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
Floral tributes were paid to the martyrs and candles were lighted in their memory.
“On November 26, 2008, 10 Pakistani terrorists arrived by sea route and opened fire indiscriminately at people killing 166, including 18 security personnel, and injuring several others, besides damaging property worth crores,” Ved Gandotra reminded.
“We are proud of them and we will strive hard for safety and security of our state,” he said. Tributes were also paid to victims to the Kanpur Rail accident and Indian Army martyred.
The members also observed two minutes silence in the honour of the martyrs.
The members of the association expressed their anguish against the Pakistan Government who helped the terrorists. They asked the Central Government to take every possible step to avoid such attack in the future and give befitting reply to any such attack.
