JKNTUF extends supports to two days strike of employees

J&K National Trade Union Front (JKNTUF)   today extended their support for two days strike call by given by J&K Govt Employees, Casual Labours , Workers and Pensioners United in support of their demands.

Addressing a press conference, Mohammed Gafoor Dar  State president JKNTUF informed, “the  casual labours  of all the departments including  Govt. Employees / Public Sector Workers and Pensioners  of the State  to  observe  strike  and hold  protest rallies at all the District Headquarters of the state on January 3  for regularization policy of casual labours  of all departments  including  payment for regular wages under proper wages head and Implementation of 7th pay commission in J&K state. .

“In Jammu city causal labours, workers and employees will assemble in front of Divisional Commissioner Office, Panama Chowk, Jammu to hold a massive protest rally and memorandums will be submitted to all the District Development Commissioners including Divisional Commissioner at Jammu, he informed. He further said, “   On January 4 after observing strike massive rallies will be held in Press club Jammu and Press Enclave Srinagar to force the state government for consideration of the regularization policy   for more than 60000 casual labours of all the departments while presenting the new budget.  He appealed to the works and casual labours  to  come out  on streets with maximum strength to display  the unity  of working class for final  settlement of the regularization issue.
