JKPM warns against tempering with the demography of JK

The Jammu and Kashmir Peoples’ Movement (JKPM) has warned the PDP-BJP coalition govt against making any move to temper with the demography of Jammu and Kashmir by establishing any kind of exclusive zones in the disputed territory in the name of Sanik colony composite clusters etc. Senior APHC leader and working chairman of the JKPM Mir Shaheed Saleem in a statement said that the communal Rashtriya Sevak Sung was hell bent upon changing the demography of Jammu and Kashmir and with every passing day it comes up with the one sinister plan or the other. The JKPM working chairman said the most unfortunate part of the prevailing state of affairs was that the PDP leadership especially the Mehbooba Mufti always claimed to be the well-wisher of the Kashmiris and gave an impression as if she was working to safeguard the interests of the Kashmiris, but he said the same women after having reached to the Chief Minister’s chair has today become a tool into the hands of Sang Parivaar.  He however warned that any move to temper with the demographic character of the disputed state of the Jammu and Kashmir would be opposed tooth and nail and nobody would be allowed to turn the Kashmir into another Palestine.
