Departing from the suave Jude Law commercial spots, the new Johnny Walker ad gives the new meaning to their punch line ‘Keep Walking’
Directed by two German students, Daniel Titz and Dorian Lebherz, the ad is called ‘Dear Brother’. Two brothers are seen walking the moors of Scotland’s Isle of Skye, voiceover recounts their experiences of childhood, their love for one another. The notion of ‘freedom’ surfaces several times as the brothers visit their frequented haunts and share some Johnny Walker.
At the ending, you are left with a Sixth Sense feeling.
Both the brothers are now free. One is every sense of the word and the other one is free to move on.
