K Dham Lonavla Pune started Yoga Course in Jammu

Kaivlya Dhama Lonavla Pune inaugurated its “Yoga Instructor Traning Course” in Jammu is collaboration with Vichar Kranti Manch International at 31/3 Channi Himmat Jammu. Dr D L Choudhary Director Yoga Central University of Jammu was Chief Guest on the occasion.

Dr R R Khajuria, Founder VKMI presided over, Manohar Khajuria Former Director Planning & Prof Uma Sharma Ex Principal B.E.D College were Guests of honour.

S.K. Jain President VKMI highlighted the main objectives of Yoga and awared about the Physical, Mental & Spiritual health and its Management /Cure through Yoga, the purpose of starting this 3 Months Yoga Instructor Training Yoga Course by the oldest Institution of the World.

Sodagar Shah Gupta, Advisor Yoga practiced the yogasans and their benefits on body and mind were also exhibited. Renu Thapar, a trained Yoga Teacher & guest faculty of Central University Jammu, demonstrated the yogasans and and Pranayams. Parmod Jain, Zonal Sectary VKMI practiced Pranayama & Ashok Kumar Gupta Managing Trustee of Sarv Uthan trust & Trained Yoga Teacher, practiced Wonderful Techniques of Meditation, the impact of Meditation and Concentration on boby & mind was got appreciated.

Dr. Choudhary talked at length about the different programmes being run by Central University as per the guidelines of Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India and applauded the efforts of Jain in organizing such courses. He is an asset to the state and outside state in the field of Yoga.

Dr. Khajuria blessed the participants, while Prof Uma Sharma, offered any type of her services in the field of yoga. Sh. Y.C. Thapar, Zonal President VKMI, practiced Hasya Yoga. C.M. Sharma General Sectary VKMI, who compared the whole programme bring to the notice the multifaced activities being run by the Manch.

Manch thanked Mehbooba Mufti Hon’ble CM for issuing order for cultivating in moral values in Government and private Schools, which VKMI has its main motto to inculcate Moral & Ethical Values, general in masses and particularly in Educational Institutions

VKMI has initiated a campaign in a big way to introduce value based courses in society. For this purpose Manch has adopted for the time being only 20 Schools in Jammu province. Efforts are on to involve more and more schools in this sacred cause for which corporation of Government agencies is sought with compliments.
