The Speaker said, a deputation from digiana approached him regarding this issue and he committed them for every possible help from his side.
Recalling the story of his own accident, the Speaker said, “I can understand the trauma through which this young boy has gone as I have also experienced the similar thing in my life and it is very difficult to get support during such tragic times of your life besides running from pillar to post”.
While interacting with the members of the Sikh organisation who brought this matter to his notice, the Speaker said, it is our duty to help such persons as they are the future of our nation and such accidents shouldn’t become the road blocks in their life.
He also appreciated the cash help of Rs 20, 000 initially provided to him by the District Development Commissioner Jammu on his recommendation, the Sikh organisation hailed the initiative of the Speaker for this generous cause.
