Khan demands university campus for Ramban

National Students Union of India (NSUI) organised one-day convention in Ramban at DaK Banglow, here today. The convention was organised by NSUI District President Yassir Arfat Malik. The chief quest on the occasion was Ankit Deda National Secretary Incharge Jammu and Kashmir while guest of honour were Neeraj Kundan state president NSUI and Uday Bhanu National secretary NSUI (Incharge Himachal Pradesh).
Fairoz Khan National Secretary NSUI presided over the function who hails from Ramban was specially invited for the programme and was honoured by State NSUI Jammu and Kashmir for his contribution for the welfare of students of district, state and Nation. He is presently Incharge of Telengana state.
While speaking on the function Fairoz Khan said it need that students should keep distance from drugs.
He added that there is a need for University campus which is long pending demand of Ramban students and NSUI will launch the agitation if demand is not meet. The students from different schools participated in the convention and talked on the drug addiction. Ankit Deda said that it’s honour to be among the students of district ramban and that he will again and again visit the district and will fight for building of polytechnic college and water problems being faced by the students of GDC Ramban and thanked district committee for the programme.
Neeraj Kundan shared his view that it is a fight for the students cause and we will continue to fight for the student community and will organise big debate competition on topic drug addiction to create awareness among students. He also thanked District Committee NSUI for the Honour and said that we feel proud to have son of soil Fairoz Khan, who is National Secretary NSUI, among us on this occassion and is guiding student politics at National level and is inspiration for all.
