LBS College organises Youth conclave on UN Sustainable Dev Goals

Lal Bahadur Shastri College of Education National Highway, Rajbagh (Kathua) organised Youth Conclave on United Nations Sustainable Development Goals in collaboration with Gandhi Global Family (GGF) here today.
Jahangir Hussain Mir, Deputy Chairman Legislative Council J&K graced the occasion as a chief guest while Dr C M Seth, vice chairman IIPA and co-convener INTACH J&K state presided over the function. Jahangir Hussian Mir, in his address said to the students that they are future of the nation only youngster can achieve these Goals by working unitedly. Padamshri S P Verma, president Gandhi Global Family (GGF) put light on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations in detail. Earlier, the function was started with the lightening of traditional lamp by the chief guest along with the members of the Management Committee and other distinguished guest.
Brij Kohli, principal of the College welcomed the guests, participants from the different colleges. Others who were present on the occasion included Dr Bharat Bhushan, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kathua, Dr CM Seth, vice chairman, Sanjeev Arora, CEO, J&K ITCO, Madan Dogra, Retd Chief Engineer Sachin Sharma, the staff members and students of different Colleges were Subha Rani and Neha Rajput, LBS College, Rajbagh, Ms Mridul, Guru Gang Dev College of Education and others.
