Legal & Legislative Cell of BJP criticises Govt

The Legal & Legislative Cell of BJP has indicted the Congress and National Conference for their ‘Halla Gulla’ during the address of the Governor to joint session and observed that such disruptions do not show Political maturity on behalf the party like Congress and NC on the occasion of the address of the Constitutional head.
State Convenor of the Cell, Onkar Seth pointed out issues being raked up by the two fellow travelers were creation of their own, whether it was AFSPA or NFSA. The question is that why they did not abolish AFSPA, when both of them were in power.
The matter of AFSPA is quite sensitive as it relates to security of the State.
It sound intriguing that matter was raked up only a day after when the terrorists had martyred three policemen in Srinagar city itself, he added and questioned the intelligence behind such a behaviour.
Onkar Seth further said that the National Food Security Act was adopted by Congress in 2013. He said that why not the leaders of Congress and NC not visualized the problem for which they are being agitating now and added that the new dispensation is taking note of it.
Onkar Seth called upon leaders of both the parties to do away with the security provided to them, before raising the issue of removal of AFSPA.
