Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) General Secretary Abdul Khaliq visited Jammu to take stock of overall scenario of LJP in Jammu province.
He was accompanied by Sanjay Saraf, National president youth and was given warm welcome by the state party units and leaders under the leadership of Ravi Tickoo, state president
During his visit, he addressed party meeting with state LJP leaders, heads of wings and cells, and district president on May 8 at Udhampur and reviewed the current political situations and organizations matter within the state.
Today, addressing a press conference, Khaliq said the party leaders of the state need to work for strengthening the party organization by building trust and confidence among themselves and team works of various wings of the party with state team headed by the state president.
He said that there may have difference of opinion but when we understand the common issues and goals beyond personal interest, we follow the party ideology and principle and the party leaders should live up to the expectation of people of the state.
In the same press conference, Sanjay Saraf expressed his confidence and said that Ravi Tickoo will boost the party’s state unit and will work hard to strengthen the party organization, establishing a strong party base in the state with mutually team works.
Saraf also lauded Mehbooba Mufti for respecting the huge public mandate given to her party during the state election and forming a new PDP-BJP coalition government after 3 months governor rule due to the demise of her father Mufti Mohammad Sayeed.
He said that it is for the first time in history of Jammu and Kashmir the government is state focused neither Kashmir centric nor Jammu and now no one will complain that development is biased on regional basis.
