Minibus Union seeks relief, protest against silence of Govt

A meeting of Mini Bus Worker Union was held in which all route President were present. All Union leaders discussed the burning issues of transporters.
During meeting, union leader criticized the Transport Department and State Government for not giving any relief to Transporters because there is major hike in Petroleum products (Petrol and Diesel).
Further Union leader said during the pre budget meeting with Finance Minister, it was decided that Government will provide relief to Transporter and Passenger Tax Amenity Services will be implemented.
High Court had already given the direction to State Government to provide Parking and Terminal Points immediately to Matadors instead provide the Matador Stand Jammu Municipal Corporation by forcibly unlawfully occupied the Matadors Stand of Panjthrirthi for Rehri, Fhairi Zone, due to that there is Traffic Jams on the road and Jammu Municipality is very much responsibility for that.
Others who were present during the meeting included Jagtar Singh, Ch. Raj Kumar, Vijay Singh Chib, Jatinder Khajuria, Razak Choudhary, Om Parkash. Madan Lal. Omkar Singh, Naresh Kumar, Pupinder Singh, Naveen Kumar, Ranjit Singh. Bikram Dogra, Sanjeev Singh, Rahul Bakshi,Sher Singh, Kaid Ali and others.
