‘Missing’ advocate to undergo medical test

The ‘missing’ sarpanch and advocate Raman Wazir who was recovered yesterday from Chandigarh by SIT was today produced in Jammu and Kashmir High Court, wherein court ordered for his medical test.
According to sources, the ‘missing’ advocate has to undergo Psychiatric medical examination and has been kept under tight security cover.
“The recovered advocate was today produced before the High Court where court directed Principal Government Medical College (GMC), Jammu to constitute a medical board comprising of Psychiatric expert and general physician besides other,” said sources.
It is further directed by the court that if the medical board opines that the missing advocate is now fit for making a statement, the police authorities would be allowed to record his statement in presence of a Judicial Magistrate.
Pertinent to mention here that after the mysterious disappearance since July 31, 2016, the advocate cum sarpanch Raman Wazir was recovered yesterday by Inspector Parvez Sajjad of Crime Branch Jammu from PGI Chandigarh after a thorough investigation and search.
After the recovery Ranjit Singh Jamwal, Dy. Advocate General had filed a miscellaneous petition for production of the missing Advocate in the Court. A fresh status report dated 06.08.2016 was  also filed by the Incharge SIT.
The court also directed the Superintendent of Police, Jammu to forthwith ensure the complete security of Advocate Raman Wazir and that no stranger has any type of access to him.
Meanwhile the highly placed sources informed Newspoint bureau that advocate was traced out with the help of a medical test slip of SRL lab which he was carrying with him and on the basis of which he was undergoing treatment at PGI Chandigarh.
If sources are to be believed police when searched the laptop of Raman Wazir it come to know that he had searched the ways how to keeping mobile out of reach and how to make mobile untraceable.
It was also revealed by his laptop that he had search the ways and routs to reach Manali and Chandigarh.
“In the laptop there was a photo of medical test slip of SRL lab which helped the police in reaching to the advocate as police reached the Chandigarh and showed that slip to various hospitals including Fortis and Maxx but to no avail”
“Later police went to PGI and showed that slip there where one doctors accepted that a person is undergoing treatment in the hospital on the basis of same test slip but he failed to provide address. A photocopy of the said slip was lying with the said doctor which he gave to the police on which the address of photocopier i.e. ‘MB Photostat and Xerox’ was mentioned” sources added.
The address printed on the Xerox copy was a major clue to the police and the team reached the said shop where they came to know that advocate had also used internet over there and had given wrong address i.e. Raman son of Ram Saran resident of Mandi, Himachal.
Sources asserted that police was quite sure about his presence in the area but was still far away from him. Later police decided to check every hotel and innards during which the missing advocate got trapped and was today brought to Jammu
Undoubtedly with this achievement the Jammu and Kashmir police have proved its dedication and capability in solving even hard and blind cases.
The cracking of the missing mystery has worked as a confidence building measure among police and public and in the way it is getting applause over its action and working against the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) cases this achievement will exalt the entire Jammu and Kashmir police.
