NIA Raids Multiple Locations in Kashmir

On Wednesday, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) raided 11 locations in Srinagar, Baramulla, Sopore, Pulwama, Kulgam on Wednesday amid the recent civilian killings in Jammu and Kashmir.

The NIA raided the residences of Rashid Bhat, Fahad Ali Wani in Hamdaniya Colony, Chanpora, and Furkan Imran Akhan in Government Housing Colony in Bagh-e-Mehtab.

The raids are part of NIA’s attempt to crack down on terror networks and overground workers (OGWs) of terror outfits. The NIA has taken nearly a dozen people.

Last week, the agency raided 16 locations across Jammu, Kashmir, and other major cities, including Parimpora, Chattabal, Chanapora, Solina, and Chattabal.
