Niaz calls on Revenue Minister regarding Bhallessa fire victims, demands compensation

Mohammed Sharief Niaz, Executive member J&K Congress Committee and former minister today met Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation minister A R Veeri at Jammu Secretariat and demanded full compensation/ex-gratia relief in favour of the Bhallessa fire victims.
The minister assured Niaz that government will provide relief to affected people to the best possible extent.
Niaz expressed an apprehension of intrigue by some miscreants and anti social elements in setting ablaze big and well established markets in Bhallessa and aiming to create communal tension in the most peaceful area
In a press statement issued here wherein Niaz said that there is every possibility of conspiracy to set  ablaze more markets and villages of Bhallessa where people of all walks , religion, creed and castes are living in traditionally communal harmony and brotherhood . He said that such anti social elements and miscreants can make other kind of nuisance also in future to divide people on communal lines and disturb the centuries old communal harmony and brotherhood.
Earler, Niaz expressed great shock and grief over the incident of fire which broke out last night at Bhatyas market in Bhallessa sub-division in which around three dozen shops and houses gutted causing property loss of crores of rupees.
About a week ago devastating fire broke out at Gondoh also in which about 38 shops and houses gutted. One month ago Malikpura market also gutted after fire broke out. One year ago Gwari and Bathri markets in Bhallessa were also gutted due to fire.
