NSUI stages protest against Technical Board over poor results

National Student’s Union of India (NSUI) led a protest at Kishtwar. The protest led by Mehran Anjum Mir NSUI State Secretary along with scores of Polytechnic students.
The Students raised slogan against the Technical Broad Authorities for unfair marking of 5th semester students. Mehran said that the students who have been topper in earlier exams have been put under the category of failures.
Mehran said that last year when the Board similarly announced poor result a fellow student Adnan couldn’t bear the news and restored to suicide. It Later turned out that Adnan has scored good marks.
Mehran further said that today they are doing same thing again, demanding overhaul of the Technical Board and accountability of those who are assigned to check our answer sheet.
Mehran said that the present Board officials and paper checkers have proven themselves murders who forced our college Adnan to commit suicide.
Mehran also demanded that their answer sheets should be provided and also warned that if re-checking will not be properly according to expectation of the student either the students will choose the Adnan’s way, for that incidences Technical Board will be responsible. In the protest who were present college president karan panjogtra, District general secretary Syed Majid Shah, Naseer Ahmed Mir, Anil bhagat, Adil Hussian, Pawan kumar, Raqib Hussain, Aqib Hussain Mir, Naeem Bhat and other.
