One nabbed with 55 pouches of liquor

Police on Thursday arrested One bootleggers and recovered 55 pouches of Indian made liquor (Frooties) at Naka at Railway Station road Kathua.
According to a report, a party of Police Post Hatli led by Sub Inspector Varinder Singh laid a Naka at Station road. During the Naka, police intercepted a pedestrian and recovered 55 pouches of liquor from his possession.
The accused was identified as Balbir Singh son of Hans Raj resident of Govindsar and a case vide FIR No 133/2017 under section 48-A Excise Act was registered against him at Police Station Kathua.
