Pahari communtiy always remained a patriotic community and is serving the nation and remained peaceful and loyal toward nation despite facing many losses of lives and property in contingency circumstances like war of 1947,1965 etc.
He also condemened the statements of some miscrent who want to create confusion between paharis and gujjars who are peacefully living in same areas since time known. He pointed out that their ethnicity and culture are same, they are studying in same Schools, living on same landforms, offering prayers in same worship places, using same source of water and suffering from same miseries.
Khan also pointed that when ST Status was granted to Gujjar brothers, paharis were the only community who supported thei cause. But now when Paharis are almost getting their ST Status from centre, we are in a hope that our gujjar brothers must support us in this genuine cause instead of opposing.
Finally he appealed to patron leaders of Pahari Community join hands and fight for cause and not for credit.
He also remarked that it is a challenge for present coalition govt because they are ruling in sate as well as centre.Pahari people are hopeful for positive move by government.
