“Around 0418 hours, alert troops foiled an Infiltration bid in R S Pura Sector and also gunned down a Pakistani intruder, who seems to be guiding militants waiting across the border,” according to Manoj Yadav Jammu-based BSF spokesperson.

The intruder had reportedly taken advantage of dead ground, thick growth and dense fog etc to move towards the Indian fence.

Before being shot dead by the army personnel, the Pakistani national was repeatedly challenged by the troops to which he refused to pay any heed.
